Właśnie rozpoczęty nowy rok szkolny, to rok nowych wyzwań dydaktyczno – wychowawczych i opiekuńczych dla nauczycieli, uczniów i rodziców, jak również okres zmian organizacyjnych w kolskich placówkach oświatowych. Co się zmienia, a co pozostaje po staremu?
Od 1 września 2019 roku nauczyciele otrzymali zwiększone wynagrodzenia zasadnicze wraz ze wszystkimi pochodnymi stanowiącymi całość wynagrodzenia zgodnie z rozporządzeniem Ministerstwa Edukacji Narodowej oraz dodatkowo nauczyciele wychowawcy klas w szkołach podstawowych i nauczyciele wychowawcy w oddziałach przedszkolnych otrzymali zwiększone dodatki za wychowawstwo w kwocie 300,00 złotych.
– Póki co, podwyżki finansowane są z budżetu miasta, choć powinny one być objęte finansowaniem z ministerstwa – mówi Krzysztof Witkowski, Burmistrz Miasta Koła – Choć ilość godzin dydaktycznych zmniejszyła się w mieście znacznie, bo prawie o tysiąc tygodniowo, to żaden z nauczycieli zatrudnionych na stałe nie stracił pracy. To ogromna zasługa naszej polityki oświatowej, która dąży do zapewnienia pracy wszystkim nauczycielom – powiedział włodarz.
Pracę, od 2 września w szkołach zaczęło 263 nauczycieli i 56 w przedszkolach, plus 19 niepełnozatrudnionych i 8 dopełniających etat, a naukę rozpoczęło 2206 uczniów, a do przedszkoli uczęszcza 569 dzieci.
Rok szkolny 2019/2020 to również powrót do kuchni szkolnych, które będą przygotowywać posiłki w pomieszczeniach znajdujących się na terenie danej szkoły podstawowej. Burmistrz Miasta Koła zabezpieczył środki finansowe do końca roku budżetowego w kwocie 115 000,00 na wynagrodzenia dla osób, które będą pracować w szkolnych kuchniach oraz 50 000 zł na zakup niezbędnego sprzętu.
Szkoła będzie przygotowywać posiłki składające się z dwóch dań za cenę 4,50 dla ucznia. Cenę obiadu stanowi całość przysłowiowego „wsadu do kotła” bez pozostałych kosztów związanych z wytwarzaniem obiadu. Cena całkowita obiadu dla nauczycieli wraz z kosztami związanymi z ich przygotowaniem będą w każdej szkole uzależnione od ilości wydawanych obiadów, zużytej energii, wody i innych pośrednich kosztów związanych z wyprodukowaniem obiadu pełnopłatnego. Powrót do tradycyjnego, domowego sposobu przygotowywania obiadów do efekt starań Burmistrza skierowany w realizacje programu wyborczego, a powrót kuchni był jednym z punktów jego programu wyborczego,
– Dzieci powinny jeść zdrowy i ciepły posiłek. My, dorośli powinniśmy to zapewnić, gdyż chodzi o komfort i przyszłość następnych pokoleń. Czasem posiłek w szkole jest jedynym ciepłym posiłkiem dla dziecka. Uruchomienie kuchni to wspólny sukces burmistrza i radnych – twierdzi Krzysztof Witkowski, Burmistrz Miasta Koła.
