Szczerymi oklaskami został przywitany uczeń SOSW w Kole Jakub Przybyłowicz podczas ostatniej sesji Rady Powiatu Kolskiego, a wszystko za sprawą zwycięstwa Kuby, który podczas 12. Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Piosenki ,,Integracja malowana dźwiękiem” w Bochni zdobył wraz z towarzyszącą mu Stefką Dudała I miejsce w kategorii duety. Przewodniczący Rady w imieniu władz Powiatu wyraził ogromne słowa uznania oraz najszczersze gratulacje za ten sukces młodego ucznia kolskiej szkoły. Kuba został poproszony o zaśpiewanie zwycięskiego utworu pt. ,,Śpiewam i tańczę”, a po jego wykonaniu chłopiec otrzymał gromkie brawa. W ramach podziękowań otrzymał list gratulacyjny oraz drobny upominek.
W tej małej uroczystości wzięły udział: Dyrektor Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego w Kole Elżbieta Budzińska oraz nauczyciele SOSW: Joanna Pietrzak i Wioleta Świder oraz mama Kuby.
