Dnia 22 marca w Sali Sesyjnej Ratusza w Kole odbyło się „III Dyktando dla Dorosłych i Młodzieży”, którego organizatorem była Powiatowa i Miejska Biblioteka Publiczna w Kole. Honorowy Patronat nad wydarzeniem objęli: Robert Kropidłowski – Starosta Powiatu Kolskiego oraz Krzysztof Witkowski – Burmistrz Miasta Koła. Dyktando skierowane było do mieszkańców Koła i powiatu kolskiego, którzy ukończyli 16. rok życia. Prace konkursowe zostaną ocenione przez jury, powołane przez organizatora. Uroczyste wręczenie nagród odbędzie się 9 maja 2019 r., w Dniu Bibliotekarza i Bibliotek.
